Mix two teaspoons of honey with a glass of water before going to bed at night and it works for deep sleep and hypnosis. oney contains vitamin B-complex which relieves diarrhea and constipation. Again, drinking 1 teaspoon of pure honey in the morning relieves constipation and acidity.
