Vegetable Khichuri: 

Khichuri can be an ideal food as a child's first meal. Although it is a normal food, its nutritional value is much higher. 

So how to make khichuri for 7-month-old babies is given a recce. 

  Ingredients:

* Polao rice: 1 cup 

* Lentils: 1 shaking 

* Eggs: 1 white part 

* Large piece of fish: 1 piece  

* Oil: a small amount 

* Vegetables: 1 potato, carrot, papaya, sweet pumpkin. 

Others: onions, ginger garlic batter and like the amount of water.

Preparation method:

First, boil the fish in the steam and remove the thorns. Add 1 teaspoon of oil in 1 piece of oil and fry it a little with onion, ginger and garlic batter. 

Add a little salt. When it turns a little red, pour the washed rice, and the dal into the bone. Then fry for a while. 

After that, cut all kinds of vegetables into small pieces step by step and mix them. Shake a little and add water to it. 

The khichuri will be thin so give that amount of water. When the rice is boiled a bit, add fish and eggs to it. Cook for a while more and take it down.
